4 – Pull Ups

5 – Burpees

6 – Box Step Overs

7 – T-Pause Push Ups (or perfect push ups)

8 – Goblet Squats – 55/35

9 – Double Leg Lifts

10 – Cal Ski/Bike/Row

11 – Warrior Sit Ups

12 – DB Clean & Jerk or G2OH – however you get there (45/25)
